ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs, working closely with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams. MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of professional backend software development experience using Python.
- Deep understanding of Python core concepts (OOP, functional programming, memory management, async/concurrency, and data structures).
- Databases: Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Testing: Commitment to writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Pytest.
- Version Control: Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES
- CI/CD DevOps Tools: Solid hands-on experience with Docker (writing optimized Dockerfiles and Docker Compose).
- Highly desirable experience setting up and managing GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing and deployment. Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django,



or Flask).
- Code Quality Technical Standards: Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-tested code. Conduct peer code reviews and promote modern Python practices (type hinting, async processing, design patterns).
- Containerization CI/CD: Containerize applications using Docker and build/optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless deployment.
- Database Management: Design schema models, write optimized SQL queries, and work with ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) alongside relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
