DeAgostini Coleccionables is looking for a CRM & Engagement Specialist for our international team based in Barcelona. Role Purpose Own CRM and engagement campaigns end-to-end, from planning and audience selection to execution, testing, analysis and reporting. Responsible for newsletters, communication plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CRM campaign calendar from planning through performance reporting.
* Plan, build and deploy newsletters, product launch communications, communication plans and ad hoc commercial campaigns.
* Define campaign targeting and prepare customer audiences using segmentation and business requirements.
* Coordinate campaign creative development,



agency briefs and asset delivery.
* Adapt campaigns for local markets across multiple regions.
* Execute A/B tests and commercial experiments to improve engagement and conversion.
* Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
* Support Customer Service communications, including informational and incident-related customer messaging.
* During peak trading periods, support lifecycle automation programs and CRM operational activities.
* Ensure campaigns comply with brand, legal, privacy and customer communication standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
