We're looking for a Business Project Manager intern to help keep every cross-team project and commitment visible in one plan, and to spot delays before they reach clients or launches. You'll work directly with the General Manager of the Business area, who will be your mentor. What you'll actually do
- Help keep one shared plan in Jira (our project tracking tool) where every team commitment has an owner, a date and its dependencies.
- Check in weekly with each team on progress and update the plan before the weekly follow-up meeting.
- Spot delays and blockers early, map how they could affect other teams, clients or launches, and flag them to the General Manager with an idea to fix them.
- Support follow-up meetings: draft the agenda,
note decisions and load new commitments into Jira the next day.
- Learn project management by doing: help improve our Jira workflows and templates, and present one improvement of your own by the end of your internship. What you bring
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering or similar, able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your university or business school.
- Some familiarity with a project tool like Jira, Trello, Asana or Notion, from class, projects or on your own — we'll teach you the rest.
- Comfortable following up with people more senior than you, kindly but clearly.
- Clear, concise communication, in writing and in meetings.
- Native Spanish and professional English (you'll work with our international teams). Have done a previous internship or part-time job in project management, PMO, consulting or supporting a management team.
- Have coordinated people, timelines or events in a university project or student association.
- Speak Catalan.
- What's In It For You A hybrid model that works – Enjoy the energy of our office 3 days a week and the flexibility of working remotely the other 2. ?
