We are seeking an Area Manager API Key Accounts to expand and consolidate our presence in the Iberia region, leading the team to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain.
Organize searchand recruitment of new business partners, strengthen current relationships, and conduct negotiations; Develop team members through hiring and training; Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.
Deep understanding of the Spanish travel market, especially API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers; Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus;Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and data-driven decision-making; Ability to workacross diverse cultural contexts and an entrepreneurial mindset.
