RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental bookingCheck every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standardCoordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locationsManage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returnsRespond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptlyTrack golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate recordsTake ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on timeHelp improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experienceREQUIREMENTS:Excellent spoken and written EnglishStrong organisational and time-management skillsPractical,
