We are looking for a senior, hands?on finance professional who combines strong accounting knowledge with a genuine interest inautomation, technology and process improvement. This is not a purely administrative accounting position. RequirementsMinimum 5-10 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and/or financial operations. Demonstrable professional experience working in Spain, with solid knowledge of Spanish accounting practices, financial processes and local regulatory requirements. Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. Strong experience with accounting and financial management software such asContanet,A3, Sage or similar platforms. Strong understanding of financial systems, digital workflows, automation and system integrations. Experience or strong practical knowledge in implementingAPIs, AI-powered tools and automation solutions within accounting, finance or administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day?to?day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounting entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Support and overseemonthly and year?Monitor cash flow, reconciliations and financial controls. Explore and implementAI tools, APIs, integrations and automation workflowsto improve areas such as invoice processing, expense management, accounting entries, document processing, reporting and financial controls. Work with accounting software, ERP systems and other platforms to improve theflow of financial information between systems.



Analyze financial information and provide insights to support management and strategic decision?Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Develop and maintainKPIs, financial dashboards and management reports. Implement and document internal controls, procedures and workflows. Coordinate with externaltax and labour advisors, auditors, banks and other financial service providers. Technology & Process ImprovementWe are particularly interested in candidates who understand that modern finance departments should not rely heavily on manual processes.
