The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced development professional with a strong background in both real estate development and construction, ideally within the Costa del Sol market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking major developments from planning through to successful execution and delivery.
Key Requirements Senior Development Manager or Development Director-level experience.
Strong experience in both construction and real estate development on the Costa del Sol.
Minimum 10 years' experience in development planning and execution.
