Minimum 3–5 years' management experience within a premium nightclub, luxury beach club, high-end lounge or entertainment-led venue. Proven track record of successfully managing nightlife operations, driving revenue and achieving commercial targets. Strong understanding of VIP table service, reservations, premium beverage sales and guest experience.



Established network within the nightlife industry and the ability to build strong relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L; management, cost control and maximising profitability. Ability to maintain an exceptional atmosphere, high service standards and smooth operations in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish. Full training and induction.
