Job Ref ID:JR***YOUR MISSIONAs a Learning & Development Specialist, your mission will be to own and continuously improve Glovo's end-to?end Cultural and Functional Onboarding experience, ensuring every new joiner has a consistent, engaging and impactful start. You will also help execute Glovo's integral learning strategy, delivering scalable learning experiences across HQ and International markets and using data and automation to improve their impact. Design and update learning content, activities and resources aligned with Glovo's values, culture, leadership expectations and business priorities.




Manage global learning programmes and rollouts end-to?end, coordinating timelines, audiences, facilitators, rooms, materials, communications and follow?matter experts and local stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver relevant solutions.
Lead the improvement and automation of onboarding communications through Slack and email, creating a consistent experience while reducing manual processes.
Track participation, attendance, completion, satisfaction and learning impact, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Embed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) principles into relevant learning experiences, including content, communications and facilitation practices.
