This isn't cold calling or high-pressure sales. You'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest in Shurgard by requesting a quote, starting an online booking, or contacting us for more information. Sales & Customer Support: Follow up on warm leads, explain pricing, availability and current promotions, answer customer questions, and support customers through the booking and digital contract process. Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system and ensure all interactions are recorded correctly. Previous experience in sales, customer service or another customer-facing role is an advantage. Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms and various software applications. Versátil to work shifts across the project's operating hours,
