-- ABOUT THE JOB As a general change management team, our mission is to ensure, standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes, in order to minimise the impact of Change related incidents and problems upon IT service delivery and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze all change requests to ensure full compliance with established guidelines.
Identify risks and impacts to validate classifications and implementation plans.
Coordinate the resolution of change issues, including scheduling conflicts and compliance.
Facilitate technical discussions between IT teams regarding incidents and scheduling negotiations.
Chair weekly Change Control Board meetings and communicate schedules globally.
