As a Fashion Support Consultant , you will: Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution Your Qualifications We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who are curious, motivated,
