Hyderabad, India (Remote) Contract: Freelance THE COMPANY Our client is a recruitment consultancy specializing in IT, Finance, HR, and Digital Technology. We are seeking a Release Manager / Scrum Master based in Hyderabad to join in a project for our client. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage end-to-end releases for complex, multi-component enterprise applications across Dev, Test, Prod and Prod-like environments . Own release planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, release calendars, change windows and release trains. Ensure release governance, audit compliance and full traceability through Azure DevOps . Act as a hands-on Scrum Master and primary facilitator for the delivery team. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices.



REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum environments or similar roles. on experience with Azure DevOps, including: Boards Pipelines Repositories Release pipelines Test Plans Dashboards and reporting Strong experience working as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Active Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II or SAFe Scrum Master. ITIL Foundation or equivalent change/release management certification. Ability to work effectively with general teams across multiple time zones. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
