The Camp de Mar Hotel & Resort in Andratx is looking for a dedicated full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. outs, rooming, and introducing guests to our hotel
- Managing daily front office operations and front desk tasks reliably
- Providing guests with helpful advice on island excursions, local attractions, and general inquiries
- Managing guest feedback and complaints professionally in collaboration with Guest Relations and hotel management
- Processing individual bookings and assisting with group reservations as required
- Maintaining clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teamsTo succeed in this position, you should bring dedication to hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from around the world. Very good spoken and written German skills, along with solid English and Spanish communication abilities
- Initial work experience at a hotel reception or front desk




- A genuine enthusiasm for the tourism sector and a strong service orientation
