Role summaryWe are looking for aBusiness Analystto lead analysis work for FX initiatives at FX IT Tribe, drive requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries together with Product and Dev teams.

Key responsibilities
Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements. Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs. QualificationsRequirements3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus. Professional English required. Valuable experience (nice to have)Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions. Hands?on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers). Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman. Fluent Spanish. Possibility to manage work permits.
