experience:
You bring 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained through a mix of a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department within a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment. Bilingual or highly proficient professional level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will draft and negotiate complex legal documents in both languages. You have a proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume and wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g., You have experience drafting and updating Terms you offer practical, business-oriented solutions that align with the company's commercial objectives.
