Our partner is looking for an E/E System Architect – Vehicle Architecture based in Spain. Take the lead in shaping next-generation vehicle electrical and electronic (E/E) architectures within a multidisciplinary engineering environment. You will work across ECUs, embedded software, sensors, actuators, and vehicle communication networks to ensure seamless system integration. Collaborating with engineering teams, suppliers, and technology partners, you will help deliver consistent, reliable, and scalable vehicle architectures. This opportunity combines advanced automotive engineering, systems architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to support the development of innovative vehicle technologies. Design and develop vehicle-level E/E architectures based on functional, technical, and regulatory requirements. Define and maintain system architectures, interfaces, signal flows, and communication concepts. Design and assess vehicle communication networks, including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and diagnostic systems. Coordinate the integration of ECUs, sensors, actuators, and software components across vehicle domains.



Participate in architecture reviews, system integration activities, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Maintain requirements traceability and ensure consistency across the complete vehicle architecture. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architectures, systems engineering, and requirements engineering. Experience with architecture and requirements management tools such as PREEvision, DOORS, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink, or comparable MBSE/SysML-based solutions. Understanding of ECU hardware, embedded software, wiring harnesses, and vehicle electrical architectures. Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is an advantage.
