Lead Fit-to-Template workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to align business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions Demonstrate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP processes during Show-and-Tell workshops and solution walkthroughs Provide functional expertise and solution guidance for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution processes Configure and support SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities in accordance with business requirements and template standards Support integration activities across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules Assist in the preparation and execution of Integration Testing (ITC), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning Provide defect resolution support during testing cycles and hypercare phases Develop functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training to ensure successful business adoption Work closely with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones within agreed timelines Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations for production planning and scheduling processes Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting,



and communicating data and information for a range of audiences Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects with 3+ end to end implementation experience Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities Primary Skill: SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Secondary Skill: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Our Digital Platforms practice design and implement transformational and innovative solutions for some of the worlds' largest organisations.
