Your roleLead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.

Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance). Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised,



attractive store.
Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters.
What we're looking forMinimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.
High level of English, comfortable with international customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.
