Alcudia or Castellon A Snapshot of Your Day Join us in a pivotal role where you will be the on-site civil works representative, ensuring that all civil works are executed according to the drawings and adhere to the highest quality standards. Imagine being at the heart of the action, monitoring daily construction activities, and collaborating closely with subcontractors to resolve any challenges that arise. You will report directly to the Site Manager and Construction Manager, playing a crucial role in maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements while driving project success. Your expertise will help shape the future of our projects, making a tangible impact on our operations. How You'll Make an Impact Lead civil works on-site, acting as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and contractors. Inspect construction sites to ensure progress aligns with design specifications, contract terms,



and HSE safety standards. Monitor project schedules, proactively identifying potential delays and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications. Identify risks and opportunities, managing claims and escalating quality risks that could affect project outcomes. Support the preparation of site documentation and method statements, collaborating with the QA/QC department for civil turnover documentation. What You Bring Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Proven experience in site-based civil works roles, ideally within EPC or HVDC projects. Completed basic health and safety training in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, with additional knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and welding procedures being a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high level of spoken and written Spanish and a medium level of spoken and written English.
