We are establishing a new Global TA Hub in Barcelona to strengthen our integral recruiting setup. In this role, you will focus on hiring for the German market while partnering closely with local HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, bringing in your recruiting expertise, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and taking ownership of the recruitment process. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across different fields, mainly for the German market ; Ensure a strong quality focus in candidate selection and hiring process; 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally a combination of experience in headhunting agencies and industry recruiting; Excellent communication skills in English and German, Spanish is a strong plus (or any other additional language) ;
