The Squad Business operations handles all finance related topics (Forecasting, Year End Steering, iPF planning according to Germand IFRS, Steering of Squad Leads in T-DAT in MTF/MTB, Alithea) Activity DescriptionResponsibility for in-year budget steering and monitoring the achievement of financial targets as part of year-end management Ownership and execution of the forecasting process (short
- and mid-term forecasts) Contribution to mid-term planning (iPF), including deriving recommendations for action as well as providing business and financial evaluation and assessment Analysis and interpretation of vigente figures, variances, and trends, including preparation of results Preparation of reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management Close coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders (e.g., business units, controlling,
