and the ITW Business Model, visit Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to join our Finance team in AAME. This role will act as a key business partner, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Financial Controller will leverage ITW Toolbox principles to drive growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities Operating Analysis and Planning:Deliver short and long-term financial forecasting and planning.
Support on driving optimization on working capital by improving inventory turnover, DSO, and DPO.
Provide financial support for new product development (CBI), including costing, pricing, and post-launch performance tracking.
Support on evaluating investment opportunities.
Financial Reporting and Controls:Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with ITW policies and US GAAP.
Oversee the monthly closing process and prepare financial statements and analysis.




Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies Communicate financial insights clearly to support strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning:communicating effectively to foster a culture of engagement, cascading vision, creating goal alignment, and coaching through feedback, development planning and performance managementUse personal influence skills rather than position power to persuade others and gain acceptance of ideas and plans.
Build a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a diverse high performing organizationJob RequirementsMaster's Degree in Finance required (or equivalent work experience)6+ years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory control, tracking and managing costs against a budget, and tracking P&L; results requiredAbility to exercise independent and sound judgment and solve practical business problems in a prompt manner and often under tight deadlines.
