Provide first?line technical support for inverter and battery?side products in Pakistan — both remote and on?site Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot electrical issues, and coordinate resolutions with HQ engineering Handle on?site commissioning, maintenance, and repair as needed Document cases, elevate recurring issues, and feed field insights back to product & engineering What we're looking for Solid understanding of inverter and energy storage system working principles Background in electrical engineering or related field (degree or equivalent hands?on experience) Hands?on experience in first?line remote and on?site customer service (ESS / solar / power electronics preferred) Resilient under pressure — comfortable with high-volume tickets, urgent escalations, and field travel #J-*-Ljbffr
