About the role
As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

What you'll do
+ Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions+ Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting+ Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance+ Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information+ Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems+ Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends,



and improvement opportunities+ Support reporting and communication of technical findings+ Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation+ Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance+ Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidaysWhat you bring+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector+ Hands?on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments+ Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations+ Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools+ Strong analytical and problem?Fluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.
