Reporting to the Sector Head, your mission will be to contribute, both personally and through team coordination, to customer satisfaction and sales development. Your functions will be: Animate and involve the team by example, establishing priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating the availability of salespeople in the sales room, the fulfillment of daily tasks, always ensuring Safety (PPE, handling of loads, dangerous products...). Ensure proper customer service by encouraging sales according to their needs to guarantee their satisfaction. Know and transmit the Sales Plan for each product family. Ensure the maintenance of the section for which they are responsible, guaranteeing and coordinating the replenishment of merchandise,



and the reliability of stock through inventories and adequate management of the demarcation. Minimum of 3 years experience animating and coordinating teams at the point of sale. Experience in Large Distribution and/or Retail. We especially value if you have higher technical training or training related to commerce (FP, degree or university degree).
