Lead ,coordinate and participate at all field trial activities across Hungary, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (GEP/GLP), and market development while driving team performance both on-site and remotely.
Set up and monitor tests according to the principles of Good Experimental Practice (GEP), GLP and SEEDS in compliance with protocols/study plans, Standard Operating Procedures, standards and decrees in force in your country. ? You determine the test site,



according to the specific conditions. You set up the test site with appropriate equipment. ? Harvesting and/or destroying crops: during the harvesting period, you help to put the crops in place and to preserve or destroy them. liaise with authoritiesand manage audit processes ? develop local trial protocols ? Manage budgets, perform basic financial analysis, and report on study performance

Your Profile
? Advanced degree in Agriculture or Agronomy ? ?Proven team leadership experience—onsite and remote ? Strong network and market insight in Hungarian ag research ? Fluent English; excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills ? Basic financial acumen (budget planning & cost controle) ?
