From Melt Group, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a leading recycling company in Lombardia. The selected person will be responsible for developing sales in the Italian market and managing relationships with licensees, with a strong focus on market structure, marketing strategies, and product portfolio management.

Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with key market players, growers, and professional organizations.
* Define, organize, and follow up on test plots and commercial trials.
* Create commercial showrooms in key locations with strategic partners.
* Provide technical support to commercial teams and partners.
* Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and market share assessments.
* Analyse the business performance and propose improvements. Requirements and

qualifications:
* At least 3 years' experience in the recycling industry
* Fluent in both English and Italian
* At least doing 1000t/month aluminum scrap
