Provide remote technical support and manage complex escalations, including L1 analysis and advanced troubleshooting Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Communicate service delivery in English (additional languages a plus)



A native or proficient level in English and f you speak Spanish it would be a plus Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems Experience supporting installations, site preparation, and complex systems (mechanical, electrical, water) Proven background in field service, maintenance, or technical support within electromechanical or industrial environments Collaborative, growth-oriented team player who actively contributes to technical forums and meetings Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday *h, Friday *h or Monday to Thursday 17h-2:00, Friday 17:00-1:00 Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on
