This is a field-based role responsible for driving regional market access across Spain, with a strong focus on hospital stakeholders, hospital pharmacists, pricing strategy, and tender management.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute regional market access strategies across your territoryIdentify, evaluate, and manage hospital tender opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with hospital pharmacists and regional healthcare stakeholdersAnalyse pricing structures and support tender decision-making (go/no-go)Ensure timely access and reimbursement of biosimilars, generics, and innovative productsMonitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying new opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and Market Access teamsThrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take accountability for resultsEmbrace challenge and change, applying a growth mindset approachHave a bias for action and fast decision makingConsistently demonstrate and embody company core values:

Qualifications:
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or similarAdditional qualifications in Health Economics, Public Health, or MBA (desirable)Knowledge,



Skills &

Experience:
Experience in Market Access or Hospital Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical industryExperience with biosimilars, generics, or established brands (preferred)Strong understanding of regional healthcare systems and tender processesExperience engaging with hospital pharmacists and regional decision makersExposure to pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategyProven ability to analyse commercial opportunities and support access decisionsA positive and 'can-do' approach, focused on solutions and embracing changeLearning agility with a desire to continuously improve and develop as ADVANZ PHARMA growsAbility to work collaboratively across all business functions with openness and respectWhy ADVANZ PHARMA?
