This role combines hands-on legal work with cross-departmental collaboration, supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions and helping to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage cap table legal docs.




Cross-Functional Advice Regulatory & ComplianceMonitor healthcare, GDPR, consumer law.
Guide labelling and marketing compliance.
Liaise with external law firms.
Expansion & New MarketsStructure new-market legal entry.

Requirements:
Full professional English proficiency; A qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in Lawyer firms.
