Requirements:
Fluent or bilingual proficiency in Finnish.
Advanced English or Spanish.
Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills.




Ability to manage inquiries from initial contact through resolution.
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow established procedures and meet service-level agreements. .
Full-time, 39 hours per week.
