Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the monitoring product across all stages, from discovery and scoping through to delivery and iteration. Performance Optimisation:



Continuously improve product performance based on feedback from live studies and internal stakeholders. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or data-heavy environments. Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, specifically Monitoring, RBQM/RBM, or Clinical Operations. Expertise in breaking down complex data workflows (thresholds, KRIs, alerts) into user-centric requirements. Direct professional experience as a CRA, CTM, or in Clinical Data Management.
