As Regional Sales Manager for the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region, you'll represent EU Business School across key growth markets — including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Cameroon, and more. Our bonus system rewards high performers with up to 50% extra on top of your base salary — no cap.

You'll work both independently and as part of our integral team to:Build strong relationships with local schools, agents, and educational partnersOrganize and attend student fairs, info sessions, and school visitsGuide prospective students through the full admissions journey — from first contact to enrollmentCollaborate closely with our admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experienceTrack progress, manage your recruitment pipeline, and report to your Regional ManagerWhat we're looking forYou're fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a strong plus, as you'll be covering both anglophone and francophone countries.
You've worked in a sales, recruitment,



or student advisory role before — and enjoy being out in the field.
