-- ### ABOUT THE JOB As a Performance Monitoring and Reporting Specialist, you will produce critical KPIs and dashboards to support integral trade strategies.
You will work within the European Trade Finance Service Centre to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Produce and analyze recurrent reports and dashboards for main stakeholders.
Chair SLA meetings with internal Business, IT, and Operations teams.
Develop new indicators by identifying requirements and managing implementation.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and new technologies like Python or AI.
