Market analysis and industry trends: Stay up to date with developments in the AdTech industry, including emerging technologies, privacy regulations and market best practices. Product development:



Work closely with the Engineering Manager and the squad's Backend Engineers to turn product opportunities into effective solutions. Understand development estimates, technical constraints and delivery uncertainty, helping the team define MVPs, assess trade-offs and plan future iterations. Identify opportunities to improve Ad Exchange performance, optimize algorithms and increase operational efficiency. Work with Engineering, Curation and Commercial teams to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives. Work closely with Engineering, Curation, TechOps and Commercial teams to understand pain points, prioritize improvements and measure their impact on operational efficiency and revenue generation. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who Is very entrepreneurial, not afraid to take risks and has great communication skills Has an educational background in Engineering, maths, tech or a related area Has 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or another relevant role Knows how to make data-driven decisions and work on complex technical problems Has a proven track record of working effectively under high pressure environments Speaks fluent in English, this is a must for this role Is eager to work in a dynamic, innovative and fast-changing environment It would be a plus if you Have previous experience in Web, App and CTV AdTech ecosystems Why Join Seedtag?
