ValenciaDepartment : Corporate SolutionsEmployment Type : Full time PermanentRole SummaryThe role is part of the Apex Corporate Solutions team and acts as an international accountant, supporting other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities
Bookkeeping: journal entriesP&L; and balance sheet reconciliationProduce financial statements and management accountsControl: assist with managing working capital, preparation of billing, debtors & creditors controlAccurate and timely month-end close, working to deadlinesAssist with filing VAT submissions, and tax.
Support Audit requests and prepare paymentsMaintain bank accounts, including bank account opening, initiate transfers / wire instructions and liaising with the bank.
Handle the day-to-day matters as delegated by the immediate/subsequent reporting line(s). Work with immediate/subsequent reporting line(s)



to ensure all internal /statutory /investor deadlines are met, as applicableSupport the local team management and other jurisdiction's management with any additional ad hoc requirements and all requested information by set deadlines to drive the business forwardSkills & Experience neededPreferable Accounting degree and more than 2 years of experience.
Fluent English knowledge (written & conversational). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in developing, consolidating and maintaining finance models will be highly appreciated.
Team worker and willing to pick up other duties to assist in a small finance team.
