-- About the Role Job Purpose: Act as a strategic financial partner to regional business leaders, providing insightful analysis, financial planning, and decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.
The role is responsible for translating financial data into actionable business insights, ensuring alignment between financial performance and strategic objectives, and supporting effective resource allocation across the region.
By challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and promoting financial discipline, the Regional Finance Business Partner plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and delivering sustainable value Responsibilities: General Management Act as key partner of the Regional Director for Business units in the achievement of the Company's Mid Term Plan target, strategy and policy.




Take responsibility for managing the key operations teams at head office, comprising the Finance Team, Credit Team, Accounting control of company assets.
Credit Management Ensure that the Company's level of risk exposure taken towards the customer's portfolio, managed by the Credit Dept., remains well balanced and under control in order to achieve targets.
Ensure credit reviews are performed and payment plans are in place and executed.
Accounting, Controls versátil with good customer focus and commercial sensitiveness.
Analytical skills, precise, rigorous and familiarity with numbers.
Ability to plan, organize and meet deadlines; Act as Business Partner; Cross Functional Team (CFT) approach.
Strong IT skills and deep knowledge of ERP system, Reporting tools and Office – Excel-Access-Powerpoint advanced level.
