Working closely with the Head of Boarding and the House team, you will help shape a positive culture rooted in care, good behaviour, consistency and high expectations. (Monday to Friday, mornings Provide high-quality pastoral care, placing pupils' welfare, safety and personal development at the centre. Contribute to staff meetings, training sessions and effective communication within the team. Promote good behaviour, discipline and adherence to school rules and the Code of Conduct. Help organise and lead weekend and evening activities for boarders. Uphold safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality requirements at all times.



Previous experience in boarding, pastoral care, youth work or education is desirable. A genuine interest in the wellbeing and development of young people. Ability to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends, in line with boarding needs. Commitment to safeguarding and to acting as a positive role model at all times. Willingness to live on-site during term time (accommodation provided).
