The role combines hands-on field service with customer support and mentored technical development across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on SCIEX mass spectrometry and HPLC systems
- Develop technical knowledge and hands-on skills under mentoring from experienced colleagues and regional specialists
- Deliver high-quality service and support to customers within assigned territory
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams




- Participate in technical training to expand knowledge of SCIEX instrumentation and solutions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent field experience
- Strong interest in developing a career in technical field service
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer relationship focus
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within territory
- Customer-focused, hands-on, and eager to learn
