Drive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales area Foster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels Promote and focus on application based selling Position Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate t&c;, actively manage margin Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.)



Analyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channels Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgets Roll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brand Plan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager) Support sales team (sales reps; Channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights aligning customer priorities across channelsWorking hand in hand with team Selling partner For those who are brave enough to innovate their business and shift the ordinary to extraordinary.
