The role focuses on coordinating office administration, supplier relations, and reporting to Finance/Legal in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Based in Madrid, you will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, support the CEO, and help organise Board materials and internal communications.
Fluency in English and advanced Excel are essential.
