In this role, you support customers with travel-related enquiries, provide clear information about airline services and policies, and help resolve issues throughout their travel journey. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking amendments and cancellations Provide information about baggage allowances, delayed luggage and missing baggage Support customers with online check?in, boarding enquiries and travel documentation Assist passengers affected by flight disruptions and respond to refund requests Handle customer complaints and resolve travel?related issues in a professional manner Explain airline policies,



procedures and available options clearly Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem?solving

REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in Galician + English B2 Strong communication and customer?service skills Ability to understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions Calm and professional approach when dealing with stressed or dissatisfied passengers Strong problem?solving skills and attention to detail Customer?oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast?paced environment
