Perform Mechanical Load Analysis (MLA) of wind turbines to assess structural and component loads, fatigue life, and extreme load conditions under site-specific wind and environmental conditions. Independently analyze wind/site data and identify critical site characteristics affecting turbine loads. Plan and execute storm, fatigue and extreme load simulations for assigned projects. Provide load results and engineering recommendations to turbine/component design teams. Perform Peer Review Board (PRB) of MLA simulations and engineering results. Prepare/review load models and certification reports for applicable projects. Interface with design, aero, structural, certification and project engineering teams.



Support validation and release of new turbine configurations in MLA tools. Investigate simulation discrepancies and support root-cause analysis. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Mechatronics/Structural Engineering. Fatigue and extreme load analysis Wind turbine controls and their influence on loads Knowledge of Flex 5 or Bladed, OpenFAST or equivalent aeroelastic tools. Simulation result interpretation and engineering judgement Fluent English MATLAB/Simulink Python Excel/VBA Data processing/visualization tools Git/version-control environments Clear and concise technical writing. Ability to explain simulation results and engineering conclusions to non-specialists. Effective collaboration with integral, cross-functional engineering teams. Ability to work with design, aero, structural, certification and project teams.
