About The Role
We are looking for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, understanding business performance, and translating financial information into clear insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Active participation in all tasks and processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting, Outlook, Financial Analysis, Sr. Management analytics and ad hoc activitiesPreparation of management presentations for planning and MEC reviewsAnalyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of P&L;, Balance sheet and HCMonitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceOversees and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling toolsSupports Business Units managers with data and reports.
Prepares financial metrics and analysis for management reviews and analysis of financial performance vs planConsolidates and prepares monthly management reportsHelps in preparation of Sr Management presentations for regular reviews (MEC, Quarter end, Forecast, Outlook etc)Meets reporting deadlines in accordance with Finance calendarDevelops and works on various budgeting and forecasting models and templatesPrepares ad hoc reports and other analysis per requestProvides analysis and insights to ensure continuous progress towards achieving financial and performance management metricsWorks closely with EMEA FP&A; team members in all ongoing activities.
