This crucial role involves providing essential services, case management, and advocacy to ensure the safety, well?being, and development of children and their families within the community. The adecuado candidate will be deeply committed to social justice and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Develop and implement individualized service plans to support clients. Advocate for the rights and needs of clients within legal and social systems. Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with agency policies and legal requirements. Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including teachers, healthcare providers, and legal representatives in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development. Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to clients.



Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about available services. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work. Registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP). Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in child and family services. Knowledge of child protection legislation and best practices in social work. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Eastern Cape region. A genuine passion for child welfare and family support in Queenstown.
