The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working under attorney supervision. This role involves close coordination with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently. Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support timely case progression and resolution. Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions under attorney supervision. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish as needed. Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm Fluent in English and Spanish Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using Litify or Salesforce Technical Requirements Contractors supply their own equipment and workspace.
