Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies. Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards. Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations. Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS. Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits. Fluent in spanish, with working proficiency in english. Full-time #
