Position The AI Technical Product Owner will play a key role in shaping and driving the AI direction across Digital Workplace, identifying how emerging AI capabilities can unlock new levels of employee productivity, innovation and digital experience. identifying common requirements, dependencies and shared and reusable AI capabilities that can create value across Digital Workplace.
Drive Agile delivery as Product Owner, providing clear direction to Scrum and multidisciplinary teams, owning prioritization and product decisions, and driving initiatives from discovery and experimentation through MVP, industrialization, adoption and continuous improvement.
Work horizontally across Digital Workplace, partnering with Product Owners and teams to connect priorities, orchestrate cross?Build alignment across a complex stakeholder ecosystem including enterprise AI, architecture, engineering, data, security, privacy, Responsible AI, legal, compliance and business stakeholders.
Influence strategic and technical decisions through AI expertise, product judgment and stakeholder mastery, representing Digital Workplace needs and opportunities within the broader enterprise AI ecosystem.
Strong technical understanding of enterprise architectures, data and knowledge integration, APIs/connectors, identity and access, security, privacy and AI governance, with the credibility to engage with and challenge highly technical teams.
Strong Product Owner/Product Management expertise,



with demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into roadmaps, epics, features and prioritized backlogs and to lead Agile/Scrum teams toward outcomes.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, customers, Product Owners, architects, engineers and AI specialists.
