The ideal candidate will have experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on back office roles but also the capability to handle a diverse range of specialisms across the organization
- including high-volume blue-collar hiring for warehouse operatives, reach truck drivers, forklift operators, and other logistics roles. Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)



and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines , including operational and warehouse roles. Offer management experience in both agency and corporate recruitment is preferred

+ Strong ability to recruit for a wide range of roles across Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and blue-collar warehouse positions (e.g., warehouse operatives, reach truck drivers, forklift operators). + Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. + Technical

Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
* Fluency in (business) English is required;
